Linking Terminal Boxes to Splice Boxes

  • Environmental Protection: Splice boxes often feature dome or vertical closures with gasket-sealed ports for outdoor or buried installations, whereas terminal boxes are usually indoor or wall-mounted .
  • Connector Compatibility: Ensure that the fiber adapters in the terminal box match the pigtails or connectors used in the splice box for seamless integration .
